Fine food and drink are very much a part of the Glenburn experience and much of the produce used is grown in the hotel’s own gardens.
Specialities include family recipes such as tea-leaf pakoras, chocolate brownies, Tibetan momos and Burmese khow suey, as well as home-baked bread, marmalade and a collection of signature cakes and cookies.
